Maxhub solutions:
Maxhub have a great range of ‘super value’ VC systems and ‘add-on’ devices to meet the needs of many small and medium sized rooms – for example the below BM35 can be added to an existing Logitech room when your existing mic needs improvement [BM35 has an RRP of under $580-AUD] or the below Maxhub AIO ‘UCS07’ can give you a good quality 4k camera with decent speakers and mic systems all built in to a low-cost soundbar that sells for under $770ex:
NOTES: the above Maxhub BM35 is a full range speaker and mic with a wireless USB-A dongle, however if you are replacing an existing mic, you may need to update the settings in Windows software to address the MB35 as your default audio device – the BM35 can also work in ‘cascade mode’ linking 2x BM35 units to one USB receiver, however the speakers will work in tandem [i.e. you can not independently adjust the volume of each speaker as needed] – in comparison; many of the Yealink and Logitech systems we sell DO support independent volume presets for each speaker. Neat systems beat Logitech for ‘easy of use’ on AIO kits at a minimal increase in cost (i.e. the Neat Bar Gen2 can do a room with 5~8-partisipants and the total kit cost will be less than $1,500 more than the Logitech Rally bar kit for the same sized room), however, Logitech do have more options for add-on mics for bigger rooms, and on the other hand, the Neat ‘Centre’ can offer a 16-mic add-on and also a 360° camera ‘companion device’ extending Neat Symmetry – We have installed many dozen room kits for our SE-QLD clients so we can offer first hand advice on ALL brands and provide you the best value solutions and best promo and trade-in discounts in the AV/VC sector.

Pros and Cos of Cisco and Crestron:
Crestron systems can cost from $20k to $80k+ if you have a venue with more than 4-zones and more than 7x screens on an 8×8 or 16×16 4K HDMI Matrix – The good thing about Crestron is that systems like this work well for several years from install, the downs side is after 4~6-years if your systems are out of warranty, the cost to replace the HDMI matrix may be from $4k to $18k+ and then on top of this, the Crestron program may need to be updated for the new Matrix and the programming costs may be from $2,500~$6,600+ just for labour to program the control systems. [this is an example from SEVERAL customers we help with other Crestron systems every few months…]
As for Cisco; We have had many happy Cisco clients from 2016~2021 however from ~2022 this brand was becoming less popular based on ‘cost issues’ – for example the above Logitech Rally kit with $7.5k-rrp^ listed will cover 90% of what is covered by the $25k-rrp Cisco kit above. This is not to say that the Cisco kit is not good value, but for a business doing several rooms, many are happy to take a small compromise in system functions to get 3-rooms done for the cost of one! [also see ‘Yealink’ tab above for some of the best value kits on sale in 2025, Yealink compete directly with Logitech and have extra functions (like WPP30) that are far advanced to anything Logitech have on offer for sale in 2025…]

Sonos have the ‘port’ and the ‘Sonos Amp’ – both great solutions if you know and love the Sonos app, or, if you need a lower cost solution, we also carry the WIIM products:
the Sonos AMP [AMPG1AU1BLK] has an RRP of just over $900-AUD and the WIIM amp [top left of above image – WIIMAMPSG] has an RRP of about 50% less.

RTI was a strong premium brand in the market from 2013~2018 – now [2025+] few new RTI installs are deployed to our customer base for several reasons:
- Cost – the RTI CP-1650 [for example – as per image above] can be replaced with a C4 CORE3 box for a much lower cost (CORE3 has an RRP of under $2,200 and we can offer pricing from under $1,700ex on selected quotes – +8-zone amp will add ~$1,200)
- Power – the RTI 240v range of products is now very limited – C4 has full RCM approval for AU standards for installing zone-dimmers for light, links to AC systems, modules to automate pool puts and much much more – RTI in 2025 has only a fraction of the product solutions that C4 can offer.
- Support – we keep an RTI contractor ‘on call’ for programming but the costs can be a lot more than C4 programming, both based on the time needed and in many cases a ‘full re-build’ when the customer did not keep a clean copy of the RTI source code
